Psagmena, based in the Agros village, creates fresh, tasty products using Cypriot materials, nuts, and fruits, including nut butters, jams, honey, oat bars, rose products, apple chips, and sun-dried tomatoes (as showcased on their e-shop: psagmena.com).
My role
My role was to craft and implement a holistic digital marketing strategy tailored to Psagmena's specific needs and goals as a new, small business. I spearheaded the development of engaging social media content, managed their online presence across various platforms (Instagram & Facebook), and designed targeted Meta ad campaigns to reach their ideal customer demographics.
Furthermore, I orchestrated collaborations with relevant influencers to amplify their brand message and created compelling content that resonated with their target audience. A key component of the strategy involved securing press coverage through articles in relevant publications, boosting their credibility and visibility.
Results
The results of this multi-pronged approach were significant. Psagmena, despite being a new entrant to the market, experienced a substantial increase in brand awareness, evident in their growing social media following and engagement. The targeted ad campaigns drove a measurable rise in website traffic and online inquiries, directly impacting their e-shop sales. The influencer partnerships exposed their brand to a wider audience, generating new leads and customers.
This comprehensive strategy demonstrably contributed to Psagmena's business growth and success, helping them establish a strong foothold in the competitive food market.
